1- Always Mention Your Shoppy Order ID Whenever You Contact Us. 2- Please have patience when requesting for replacements. 3- We can't be online 24x7 so please wait for us to respond. 4- We respond to all queries mails and No refund. 5- We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including if you mistakenly ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. 6- We take pride in delivering high-quality upgrades, and in the unlikely event of any downtime, we will immediately perform necessary upgrades on your account or a new one, depending on the situation. 7- All our upgrades are private, and they may either be applied to your account or a new one, depending on the nature of the upgrade. We advise you to seek clarification on any regional restrictions before making a purchase. 8- Lifetime warranty means warranty until all our methods are patched. 9- Warranty For all Lifetime Upgrades is 6 Months, usually our Upgrades work for more than that. 10- You can change password of your account but not email, if you change email the warranty will be void. 11- Warranty is only for upgrade, anything regarding account issue such as account ban, losing access to email etc are not covered in the warranty. 12- Buyers who are excited about leaving negative feedbacks without contacting us will be blacklisted forever!!

Replacement

1- There might be issues at times with our methods, and there might be a downfall of your account, but until the warranty is available we shall fix it for you. 2- To avail a fix, open the ticket in replacement, provide ticket details and account details.
